The first wave of ARBCA volunteers rolled in last night as we look forward to another big week of mercy ministry. along with all the other donations, they graced me with two full shelves of great books through Cumberland Valley Bible & Books and Banner of Truth Trust. As I unpacked the boxes, my administrative assistant, Joell looked over at me and laughed, “Brother Don – you are beaming. You are like a kid in a candy shop, arn’t you?” Yep. 🙂 I’m a bona fide bibliophile. They pulled several titles from my Amazon wishlist and surprised me with the rest. I told JoEll, I need a sabbatical now, so I can read them all – well, I doubt I’ll take that any time soon, but I do look forward to diving into the puritan paperback series as part of Timmy Brister’s 2008 Puritan Challenge.
